Today, Spooky Squid Games announced that it has released the first major update to the arcade game Russian Subway Dogs, which will include a Red Panda character on the PC, Mac, and Linux game. In addition, the game will include a new difficulty mode as well as other quality of life improvements.
Featuring a new playable character and difficulty mode, the Panda-monium Update is out today (October 3rd 2018) and includes:
- Xiao Hong the Red Panda – A brand new playable ‘pupper’ as voted on by the players!
- Tourist Mode – a new Campaign difficulty mode for players who prefer an easier game with faster progress!
- Increased variety and replayability with over 20 new pop-up Proletaricat missions added to Endless mode. Obey your feline leader and reap the rewards!
- Linux Support!
- A whole pack tweaks and quality of life improvements!
While the game is now available via Steam, the developer has announced that it will release console versions for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Xbox One soon. Read Abram’s review of the game, and stay tuned for more news here on Gaming Trend.
