Displate unboxing and impressions — Star Wars Textra designs!

At this point if you haven’t seen our Editor in Chief’s video on the Displate Textra showcasing Iron-Man and some Dungeons and Dragons icons, what are you doing? In that video Ron does a great job breaking down exactly what’s to love about the new Displate Textra.

Now, I get to take a look at some of the new Star Wars branded Textra designs.

There are two main things that stood out once I finished getting them on my wall. First, the Textra designs look AMAZING on my wall. I went with a graffiti Captain Rex and an amazing representation of the Duel of the Fates. Both look awesome with the mixture of 2D and 3D elements. The second is how easy it was to get them on the wall and move them around on the wall.

Getting it on the wall took so little time, not counting the 10 minutes waiting for my wall to dry from the cleaning as suggested. The leaf cover to protect the wall and magnet were simple to install, and from there it was as easy as throwing the plate on the magnet.

They have over 250 designs to choose from, and with how much content Star Wars has cranked out the past few years there are so many amazing Star Wars designs, from The Mandalorian to Ahsoka to Clone Wars to the Original Trilogy and more. Alongside Star Wars you can find everything from Marvel to Stranger Things and almost anything else you could ask for from cool designs.
