Warm up those virtual vocal cords – Sims 4 announces Sims Sessions, an in-game summer music festival

EA announced a new event for Sims 4, Sims Sessions, today. The virtual event will take place from June 29 to July 7 and will feature Dave Bayley from Glass Animals, Joy Oladokun and Bebe Rexha.

Dave Bayley will perform Heat Waves, Joy Oladokun will perform Breathe Again, and Bebe Rexha will perform Sabotage. All songs will be in Simlish.

According to Sims 4, players can

• Shop the Festival: Buy artist-themed merchandise, run your own craft sales table, or snack like a rockstar at a food stand!
• Camp Out: Festivals are fun but exhausting! Get some sleep in one of the tents—or Woohoo to the music.
• Enjoy the Show: Gather around the stage to watch, dance, and cheer on the performances!
• Perform on Stage: After the performances, go on stage and keep the tunes flowing. Jam on the piano and sing your heart out.

On TikTok, fans can show off their simlish singing skills in the #SimlishSessions karaoke challenge. They can participate by posting side-by-side duets with Bebe Rexha featuring their own twists on Sabotage. Winners will have their duets re-posted.

The only ticket is owning and updating Sims 4.
