The PC Gaming Show on Sunday was loaded with over 20 world premiers and dozens of other featured games, including several roguelites, FPS games, and a deep dive into CONTROL Resonant. The showcase was almost 2 hours long, with many of the games and DLC becoming available over the next six months and several demos that are playable right now! Here's a recap of everything announced.
Wielders of the Essense
Looking like something out of a mobile ad, Wielders of the Essence is a roguelite with base-building and horde survival. You play as a Wielder, casting spells to keeps the hordes away while collecting resources and other loot to build up your town and unlock more troops, spells, and abilities. It comes out November 5th.
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide - Skitarii Class
A new class is coming soon to Darktide. The Skitarii look insane in the latest trailer, weilding all=new weapons and shooting and slicing through everyone and everything. For the glory of the Machine God Omnissiah! Coming June 23.
Spellsided
This one had me rolling, figuratively speaking. Play as a six-sided die in this strategy-RPG, customizing each side with different spells and abilities as you navigate this beautifully crafted world. Demo available now!
Star Trek: Outposts Unknown
The first World Premiere of the showcase, this is an outpost builder where you'll try to colonize strange worlds while fighting off intergallactic foes. You can play the demo now.
Hack '95
If you've ever wanted to relive the good old days of using Windows 95, this is your game. What started off as simply helping students by hacking into the system to change their grades turns into a whole debacle of government conspiracy. Go play the demo!
Company of Heroes: Definitive Edition
The 2006 classic is making its comeback. The Definitive Edition will include the original game as well as the Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor expansions. It's available to wishlist now on Steam.
Red Kiss
In 1989 Berlin, there be vampires pullin' the strings. This is a Cold War-era narrative RPG about vampire spies, by the publishers of Citizen Sleeper and The Pale Beyond. Add it to your Steam wishlist now.
Arcane Eats
Cooking meets deck-building in this tasty adventure. Treat your mythical guests to only the finest, magical dining experience, trying to achieve the coveted three Mythril Stars status. There's an expanded demo available to play now.
Serious Sam: Shatterverse
This is seriously a crazy game, as you get to play as a variety of Sams from the past in this co-op shooter. There's a playtest available on Steam now!
CONTROL Resonant
The show went to Finland for an exclusive interview with the developers, and they treated us to a deep dive of what we have to look forward to in this most-anticipated sequel. I'm sure Lead Editor, David Burdette is foaming at the mouth over this one.
Sated
It's time to get cookin' again, but this time you're not in a cute and cozy restaurant... This is a horror game. You better make sure you make these particular customers happy, or you'll be their next meal. Wishlist it on Steam.
Gone Feral
A cooperative rogue-like assassination game, Gone Feral is Hitman with the strangest twist where you can put on many different disguises and use literally anything as a weapon... Even a turkey leg. Revenge never dies. Steam has a playtest that you can sign up for now.
Abiotic Factor - Entropic Break DLC
Coming this fall, we head to the tropics in the Entropic Break DLC. Everyone needs a holiday, but unfortunately that won't be you as you'll be fighting for survival at this island oasis.
There Are No Ghosts at the Grand

Another game where you get to lie and deceive with your friends, this is a co-op roguelite where your gamble isn't just with your friend's lives, but your own as well. Check out the demo.
AfterQuest
From Skystone Games we get a new retro pixel RPG. Make a party of three and embark on many an adventure, slaying foes and collecting loot to upgrade each character. This roguelite adventure is ready to wishlist now.
SlashZero
A shooting, elemental hack-and-slash, time-hopping roguelite comes next. You are a Timehacker trying to save the world while hopping between different timelines, chaining together powerful attacks to dispatch foes. Sign up for the playtest or add to your Steam wishlist.
Cassette Beasts 2002

VOID/BREAKER
This is a wild and chaotic SciFi shooter where you'll run on walls, grind on rails, and blast through walls and enemies with powerful weapons. Early Access got a huge updating, adding new mods, weapons, levels and more.
2 Fights 2 Tight Spaces
It's a deckbuilder and a tactical RPG all in one. Fight alongside 1-3 players in very tight spaces in this sequel to Fights in Tight Spaces. This game is available now to play on Steam, and you can get FITS Squared if you want both games.
Stronghold 4
It may be called Stronghold 4, but it's actually the 10th entry in the series. Build up your castle and destroy the castles of your enemies. You can wishlist the game now, and a demo will be available starting June 23.
Wind Runners
An aerial bullet hell with anime action graphics, Wind Runners has you darting around massive war machines in the sky. Take on the Realm and their relentless fleets in exhilarating dogfights in a fight for freedom. Check out the demo on Steam.
Wardens of Avalon
Set in a Dark Arthurian world, return to Avalon to restore a corrupt Camelot and bring an old town back to life in this isometric RPG. This game looks absolutely stunning on every level, and I can't wait to get my hands on it. Sign up for the playtest on Steam.
Planet Zoo 2
It's time for another sequel! Expand your zoo empire even further, with new aquatic and avian enclosures, or release animals into nature reserves. The game is available to preorder now, releasing on October 13.
EMPULSE
Pilot mechs, run on the walls, and grappel-sling yourself in this frantic shooter that features kinetic movement and ultra high-speed combat. This gameplay reveal trailer shows the crazy moves you can pull off when EMPULSE launches into early access on June 24, but you can also dive in during Steam Next Fest on June 15.
Arkheron
Another deep dive, we got a closer look at the Diablo-esque battle royale where you fight to be the last team standing as you ascend the tower. You can check out the new Spires mode on Steam and sign up for the playtest on the game's website.
ReVamp

Signet City
Another from the creator of Citizen Sleeper, Signet City is a punk-infused RPG where the city is overrun by a nasty fungal infestation. The catch is you are the parasite, digging into the city's inhabitants to uncover and change their stories. Add it to the wishlist.
Mr. Magpie's Harmless Card Game

Ascenders: Beyond the Peak

Clowntown
A collection of you and your best clown friends can all pile into the car for a night of party games in Clowntown. There are over 80 mini-games for you and your fellow clowns to play through, including painting, target practice, rhythm games, and more. You can wishlist it now.
Armatus
We've got a new dark fantasy, roguelite shooter on the way. Taking place in Paris, you play as an ancient knight not of this time, gunning your way through grotesque horrors in a derelict city. The game comes out this winter, but you can add it to your wishlist now.
DAVE THE DIVER in the Jungle DLC
There's even more to explore in the new In the Jungle expansion, including a new body of water, a restaurant, and a drum minigame. We were treated to an amusing live-action trailer during the show, which shows some of the shenanigans you'll be getting into. Dive in on June 18, wishlist it now.
Carcass Clad
From the creators of Mouthwashing, embark on what will certainly be an adventure, with yourself and two friends manning a tank to fight through a wartorn landscape against an enemy who's war vehicle is literally covered in carcasses... and even some live animals. This looks goofy and gross, and it's already on my wishlist.
Total War: Warhammer 40,000
Another deep dive, we get a good look at what's to come in the wars raging across Armaggedon. This is a large-scale strategy game within the 40K universe where you will be able to play as four iconic factions. Here we see highlights from an interview with the developers where they break it all down. An upcoming beta is still to be announced.
About Fishing
There's a lot more going on than just casting the line and catching some fish. Uncover the mystery of an eerie small town while you discover your place within this creepy tale. You can play the demo now.
Vampire the Masquerade: Eternal Whispers
Set in the World of Darkness, you awaken after decades of of a deep slumber in a city consumed by horrors, buried secrets, and political intrigue. This is a narrative-driven CRPG where you'll investigate your past and uncover the truth one way or another.
Valheim 1.0
Valheim is finally leaving early access and will also be getting the Deep North update, adding a new biome to explore and enemies to fight. You can download the game on Steam now, but the full 1.0 release is coming on September 9 this year.
P.O.N.
There are no superheroes coming to save you because they're the ones who need to be brought to justice. This is a co-op first-person horror crime simulator where you'll have to see if you have what it takes to bring them down. The game's not coming out until Q2 next year, but you can wishlist it now.
Locator: The Search for Abigail Lidari
Your hours spent playing Geoguesser may be exactly what you need to solve the mystery of Abigail Lidari's disappearance. Search alien landscapes for clues and put your sleuthing skills to the test. You can wishlist the game now and sign up for the playtest on the game's website.
EXODUS
We got a quick look at combat, exploration, companions, and the effects of time dialation in this extended gameplay reveal. This upcoming SciFi adventure has me excited to embark on yet another wild space adventure. You can wishlist it on Steam now.
Remothered: Red Nun's Legacy
The third installment in this cult horror series, you'll explore an abandoned villa to uncover the truth about the Red Nun. Try to escape, if you can. Releasing later this year, but you can already add it to your wishlist.
Into the Wind
Your uncle has given you the keys to his Mediterranean delivery business, and to his flying motorbike. This game looks both charming and exciting. Take to the skies in this cozy action-adventure game, which is available to wishlist now.
