Steve Jackson Games brings Cold War era spycraft back with Last Shot

Steve Jackson Games is challenging players to survive the last days of the Cold War as a spy for either side:

Vie to be the last agent standing in Last Shot, the latest release from Steve Jackson Games. In this strategic card game of Cold War-era espionage, players take on the roles of international agents aiming to tie up loose ends.

Designed by Ryan Whisenhunt, Last Shot is a competitive game of intrigue and strategy. Players draw cards and maneuver to protect themselves from rivals. The goal? To stay in the game long enough to draw (or steal!) a Terminated card – and use it to “retire” your adversaries. Last Shot is made for 3 to 6 players and features fast gameplay and unique mechanics. Best of all, each game uses only half of the cards for each session, ensuring that it’s never the same twice! Game components include 78 cards, a rulesheet, and a setup sheet.

Last Shot will be available for pre-order starting January 20, 2025, with a full release scheduled for February 5.
