Ever been to the park and you see those rides that makes you say “Uhm….I’m not sure I am brave enough to ride that”? Well, that’s what the first DLC for Planet Coaster 2 is all about. Aptly named “Thrill-Seekers”, this pack will give you five new additions to spin (Ultra Spin, in fact!), whip, blur, and otherwise wow your guests with rides like the Ultra Spin, Vector, and the LIM Launch Family Coaster. You’ll also pick up two new flat rides to round things out. You can get your first peek at these rides above.
In addition to the new rides, everyone is getting a fresh update to the game to integrate fireworks with a new event sequencer tool, separated loading and unloading stations, a fresh heatmap for guest tolerances, glass scenery pieces, better movement on flumes, and more. I could tell you more, but let’s take a look instead!
If you want to get into the weeds on what’s coming on the next update, you can look at the development diary right here.
The Planet Coaster 2: Thrill-Seekers Ride Pack is available now on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S for $9.99. Check out our review on the base game here — we’ll see you in the park!
