Dragonwell Publishing and Nihon Falcom are further expanding the story of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana with three new releases. First is an audiobook version of the novelization written by Anna Kashina, second is Lacrimosa of Dana: Castaway Tales, a short story collection based on the game's side quests. Finally, Lacrimosa of Dana: Castaway Cookbook is a collection of recipes from the game written from the perspective of the characters. You can preorder each individually, or spring for the collector's set including all three books plus a few extra goodies.

The books and the collectors set, which includes a message in a bottle, a hardcover version of the book along with the audio book, 3 bookmarks, a castaway checklist, temporary tatoos, a treasure chest, and a portrait of Adol by Austin will ship at some point this month. The audio book is narrated by Luke R Francis, Genevieve Swallow, and Kira Buckland.
