Embark has released new content for The Finals to celebrate Valentine's Day. Players can earn rewards by spinning the Wheel of Love, and if they get every reward on the wheel, they'll be granted the Head over Heels cosmetic set. There's also a new gameshow event called Love Hurts, during which, players will drop bombs upon death. Whether you throw them or avoid them, you'll feel the love. FALL IN LOVE WITH THE FINALS® NEW VALENTINE’S DAY IN-GAME EVENT
Today, Embark Studios launched a special limited-time Valentine’s Day seasonal event for the team-based, free-to-play shooter THE FINALS. Players can dive into the fun with sweet Valentine’s Day-themed rewards and heart-racing twists as they compete in the iconic combat-filled gameshow!
From February 5 to February 20, 2025, THE FINALS’ contestants will feel the love with various new in-game features, rewards and more. Players can complete daily contracts to earn tickets, which can be used to spin the new Valentine’s Day Reward Wheel, unlocking up to 20 Valentine-themed cosmetic rewards. Players who collect them all will also win the final prize – the Heads over Heels set.
Additionally, from February 6 through February 14, 2025, players can look forward to a new Valentine’s Day World Tour Event – Love Hurts. Contestants will drop heart-filled Valentine’s bombs when they're eliminated, these bombs can be picked up by other players and will explode after 5 seconds or upon impact when thrown – whichever comes first. Use them carefully, while they can lead to sweet victories, they can also be a little explosive if players aren’t cautious!
