The Zenbook DUO is now available for pre-order

Today, ASUS announced that the ASUS Zenbook DUO is now available for pre-order via the ASUS store. The laptop features an all-Ceraluminum chassis and a newly designed hinge that reduces the gap between both 14-inch, 3K Lumina Pro OLED touchscreen displays. It also has an Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processor and a 99Wh dual-battery layout, extending runtime and delivering desktop-grade performance.

As the name implies, the dual-screens are the main selling point of the Zenbook DUO, with this new design intended to withstand the demands of travel, frequent use, and dynamic workflows. For example, the new hinge and integrated kickstand ensure reliable action and stable positioning in the various operating modes. The full-size Bluetooth keyboard has a reinforced frame and mainboard for long-term reliability, with the new MagLatch docking system enabling you to dock safely between the OLED panels.

With the power of the Intel Core Ulttra X9 Series 3 processor comes some intense power demands, and the DUO stays cool with precision CNC-cut vents with three times the surface area of the previous solution and larger 97-blade fans to maintain optimal temperatures. A 28% TDP uplift to 45W compared to the previous generations ensures constant power while remaining quiet.

You'd think having two OLED panels would make this laptop super thick, but it's actually 5% smaller than the previous generation, on top of a 70% reduction in screen gap, 1,000 nits peak brightness, a variable 48-144Hz refresh rate, and anti-reflection so your HDR looks nice and crisp. Smart features like ScreenXpert will also auto-detect when the lid opens beyond 175", activating sharing and annotation tools. You can share your sound too with the upgraded, six speaker Dolby Atmos audio system, along with dual-diaphragm woofers hidden in the hinge.

The DUO in various configurations.

You can order the ASUS Zenbook Duo for $2,499.99 right here, while additional configurations, such as a model featuring the Intel Core Ultra X9 processor, will be available during late Q2 2026. For more on all things ASUS, stay tuned to GamingTrend.
