Rev your cardboard engines, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is Nintendo Labo compatible

In a surprising move, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Nintendo Switch’s premier kart racer, is now compatible with Nintendo Labo. The Nintendo Labo Variety Kit came with a Motorbike Toy-Con, which can now be used to control your vehicle in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. This is an interesting move, as Nintendo Labo has previously been separated from Nintendo’s core titles. Along those lines, Nintendo has stated that more titles will be compatible with Nintendo Labo in the future. As to which games will cross over, it’s anyone’s guess.
