We’ve had to patiently await Season 2 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0, but that wait is about to pay off. Originally dropping today, February 1st, Season 2 was delayed to February 15th in an effort to get things right. So far so good, as a huge piece of content is incoming. Just not as big as Al Mazrah. That’s okay however, with Ashika Island coming in as the first Resurgence map for Warzone 2.0.
These are respawn oriented, and boast a quicker style along with a smaller lobby. I’m also excited to see High Moon Studios, the team behind the fantastic Fortune’s Keep in Warzone, returning. If they can match Fortune’s Keep, we’re in for a great time. Another bonus; it’ll be part of DMZ! Check out all the tweets below for the map locales.
