Nintendo finally reveals the Switch 2 in a first-look trailer

After years of speculation, Nintendo has finally revealed the Nintendo Switch 2 in a first-look trailer which you can view above. As of now, little is known about this new console, aside from the fact that both the screen and the controllers are larger, and it seems the controller can function as a mouse as well, though how that will be utilized remains to be seen. There is also a brief glimpse of Mario Kart in the trailer, but is it a tease for a new game or just more DLC? For now, it seems we have to wait until April 2nd, 2025, which is when the next Nintendo Direct is and where Nintendo will hopefully provide more details. Nintendo Switch 2 plays Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive games, as well as both physical and digital Nintendo Switch games. Certain Nintendo Switch games may not be supported on or fully compatible with Nintendo Switch 2. Details will be shared on the Nintendo website at a later date.
