While the Free Peoples celebrate victory in the War of the Ring, a sinister remnant of Sauron's forces has reemerged beyond the barren heights of Gorgoroth. Ancient werewolves and devoted Easterling packs now stalk the ruined outskirts of the realm, intent on taking vengeance against the champions who brought about the Dark Lord's defeat.
You journey into the uncharted territory of Draugardh, spanning three distinct environments: the fire-blasted badlands of Heledhris near Mount Doom, the rugged plateaus of Parth Rhavas, and the suffocating canopy of Nan Ogol. To withstand the beasts roaming these lands, you can learn unique survival tactics, skills, and enhancements from local denizens, tailoring a specialized build that applies across every character on your server.
Off the battlefield, the update enriches personal homesteads through the Neighbours system, allowing you to welcome companions to your property whose interactions, daily errands, and evolving friendships are shaped by distinct mood states and twenty individual personality traits.
With the War of the Ring won, the Free Peoples believe Sauron’s threat is gone. But beyond the plateau of Gorgoroth, some of the Dark Lord’s oldest servants have returned, and the were-wolves of Mordor are hunting those who brought their master down.
