In an unexpected turn, Cyberpunk 2077 is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. Adam Badowski, the Game Director for Cyberpunk 2077, took the digital stage for the announcement. It will include not only the base game, but the Phantom Liberty DLC. Amazingly, Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition will be a launch title with the Switch 2, so prep your cybercycle for June 5th. Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition is optimized for every mode of play, offering new and exciting ways for Nintendo players to up their fun in the city of the future. The game is designed to take advantage of the new features available with the Nintendo Switch 2 system, meaning players can tap, swipe, or pinch through menus or inventories, turn on Gyroscope Mode for pin-point precision, pick up their Joy-Con 2 controllers and try out motion controls during combat, or use the Joy-Con 2 (R) mouse control.
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition will be available for purchase in a physical 64 GB game card or through a download on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2. Additional language packs can be downloaded from the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2, which may affect the final size of the game.
