Today, Giant Sparrow announced that it will release its critically-acclaimed interactive narrative game What Remains of Edith Finch on July 4 for Nintendo Switch. Annapurna Interactive will publish the title and will give Nintendo Switch owners the opportunity to play as the titular character who learns of a family curse.
Giant Sparrow’s What Remains of Edith Finch, the critically acclaimed title about a deserted home haunted by a family curse, will be launching for Nintendo Switch on July 4, 2019. Published by Annapurna Interactive, BAFTA’s 2017 Game of the Year is set to expand to a new audience giving Switch players the opportunity to experience the emotional highs and lows of the celebrated title.
The game surrounds Edith Finch, a character whose family members have all perished in mysterious ways seemingly due to a curse that afflicts them. Follow her through the game as she explores the history of her family and tries to figure out why she’s the last Finch left alive.
