Poppy Playtime just got a new teaser!

Who or what is Experiment 82626? Also, I did brighten the images! Yes...there is a code!

Poppy Playtime just got a new teaser!

The Poppy Playtime Discord just alerted everyone to a new Steam page. I liked that below, but for now let’s dive in and see what we’re working with. I did grab the Steam trailer frame by frame.

This is what it says on Steam:

What's the time? We're nearly home...

What you see above is the only screen in the whole trailer. Barry the minecart is moving down a tunnel. My first thought is that we are now working our way back up from where we left off after the whole thing with the Prototype, which I won’t spoil here. It would make sense that since we went so far into the factory, we now have to ascend and go back to the upper levels.

To me, this next image looks like a skylight, which further nudges me towards the fact that we have to start ascending. I can’t see how we would even go deeper. The question is, where is this? I don’t remember seeing anything like this in any of the chapters.

There is a little green thing too, which caught my eye.

This next area looks like a classroom for younger kids. If not a classroom, maybe a play area or a recreational area? Regardless, I love the imagery here. I did make sure to brighten the image.

Next up, I grabbed the image of what I think is the elevator and brightened it up. There is a code on the left side.

Next up, we have an image of a dark tunnel.

I made the image brighter, and it looks like an unfinished area underground. Something that Playtime was working on but never completed? Perhaps an exit or an entrance to a new area? Your guess is as good as mine.

To close out this article, what is experiment 82626? Is it an experiment at all? This date means something; August 8th is when the Hour of Joy happened. Is this a new character that was involved in the Hour of Joy? I have no idea, but I am seriously excited. But this is what I have for now!
