The Overwatch League’s Sixth Season starts today with the San Fransisco Shock versus Toronto Defiant. The opening weekend features 16 matches across both regions and will run streaming via Youtube. Additionally, the League also announce Seoul, Korea will be hosting this year’s Midseason Madness! More details including links are below:
The Overwatch League has returned for its sixth season, kicking off with the San Francisco Shock taking on the Toronto Defiant at 12pm PT live on YouTube! With 16 matches on tap across both regions and throughout the whole weekend, there will be no shortage of highlight plays, early bragging rights, busted Pick ‘Ems, and rewards for the community to claim, so join us in ringing in a new season!
And speaking of new, the League is excited to share that this year’s Midseason Madness is headed to Seoul, Korea! This marks the first League-hosted LAN event in the APAC region and we can’t wait to celebrate the League in front of some of our most passionate fans.
