2023 is going to be a busy year for CyberPowerPC with how much they announced today. First up is the Kinetic 240V Midtower Case that adjusts airflow based on your PC’s internal temperature. They also talked about custom keyboard configurators and their upcoming line of Pearl CK60 keyboards. They ended their showcase with their next set of laptops, the Tracer VII will feature NVIDIA GeForce’s new RTX 40 Series mobile GPUs, up to the RTX 4090. All the spicy details about CyberPowerPC’s announcement are below:
Kinetic 240V Midtower Case
Intelligent airflow is here. CyberPowerPC’s award winning Kinetic Series Case is going into full production after the company spent time tweaking the design to ensure everything is right with this unique breathing case. The Kinetic case is set for release mid-April 2023.
The final design of the Kinetic case is a midtower built with aluminum, a tempered glass side panel to display your components, and a temperature sensing front panel made up of individually moving vents.
Inspired by kinetic architecture, this unique case features a kinetic parametric design with dynamic vents that individually open and close in response to the internal temperatures of the PC. The Kinetic case uses the motherboard’s PWM sensor to determine when the computer is ramping up and adjusts the vents accordingly to allow more airflow or reduce it when the system is idle. This feature will reduce dust and noise overall in accordance with the real time performance demands on the system.
The Kinetic Series Chassis will be available for sale with the purchase of a computer on cyberpowerpc.com and with computer systems at select retailers.
Custom Keyboard Configurator & Pearl CK60 Keyboards
Custom keyboards have taken the gaming world by storm in recent years. Whether you love a good “thock”, “click”, or “clack”, CyberPowerPC’s new custom keyboard configurator will deliver an unprecedented amount of choice for making the ultimate keyboard.
Drawing from the same premise as our online gaming computer configurator, customers will soon be able to fully customize their own premium mechanical keyboard on the CyberPowerPC website. Customers will be able to choose from a large selection of top components, from cases to switches and keycaps to create the mechanical keyboard of their dreams. The custom keyboard will then arrive fully built and ready for action.
Customization options expected at launch include customizable plates (polycarbonate, aluminum or brass); a full line of customizable linear and tactile switches from Kailh, Geteron, Outemu, and Gazzew as well as customizable keycaps with various designs and options such as Doubleshot PBT or Dyesub in a number of color options including white, black, gradients, and unique color combinations.
The keyboard configurator will go online in the first quarter of 2023.
In addition to its full keyboard builder, CyberPowerPC will also launch its own premium mechanical 60% keyboard the Pearl CK60. This new keyboard features a full CNC aluminum case that comes in both painted and e-paint options. The CK60 is fully customizable with standard 3rd party parts used on 60% keyboards. The compact 60% keyboard has just the alpha keys, a number row, and modifiers, such as enter, shift, and caps lock keys. Also featured is a gold colored aluminum base plate, which allows you to make the keyboard your own with a custom laser engraving.
The Pearl CK60 is expected to be available in early June of 2023, and will launch at $249 MSRP.
