
Muse Games, creators of Guns of Icarus, have released a free demo of their hamster-fu beat ’em up game, Hamsterdam. The game will also be playable at GDC, PAX East, and Rezzed later this year.
Hamsterdam is a a game where classic brawler mechanics meet rhythm and precision. You’ll need a blend of martial arts combos, quick reactions, and timely counters to survive vermin confrontations and boss battles. Swing, swipe and strike your way through the mean streets of Hamsterdam with frantic action, rhythm combos, and become one with the Hamster-Fu.
Hamsterdam will feature a unique mix of rhythm and classic brawler mechanics. Your hamster can wear plenty of accessories unlocked during the game. It will also feature scooter sections and boss battles featuring plenty of falling bombs.
The demo for Hamsterdam is available now for PC via Steam. The full game will be released later this year for PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation Vita, iOS, and Android. For more information on the game, visit the official Hamsterdam website.
