Call of Duty community raises $1.6mil for LA fire relief

If you remember a few weeks ago, Activision released a bundle in the Call of Duty Store for Black Ops 6 and Warzone for which all of the proceeds would go to help the relief efforts of the Los Angeles fires. Today, Activision was able to report on those efforts. Thanks to the generosity of the Call of Duty community, $1.6 million dollars was raised. Check out the tweet and details below.

Thanks to the Call of Duty community, more than $1.6 million has been raised from the LA Fire Relief in-game pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty Warzone — all of which will be split between the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation (LAFD) and Direct Relief.

Check out a message from the Call of Duty team here.

This is in addition to Activision’s previous $1 million donation, bringing the total fire relief contribution to $2.6 million.

Thank you to the Call of Duty community for their support, which will make a real impact for those who were affected by the LA fires.
