FLSUN launches another ultra-high-speed printer — the T1

Stay tuned as well have a review for it very shortly, but FLSUN has announced that they’ve launched another ultra-high-speed filament printer, the T1.  This Delta printer (that’s to say the arms move, not the bed) is capable of delivering shockingly fast print speeds and some amazing results.  How fast?  Well, how does a flow rate of 90 mm³/s, acceleration of 30000 mm/s², and movement of 1000mm/s strike you?  That’s easily 3X anything else on the market, other than the S1, which I reviewed not too long ago (You can read that review and see it in action in our video review), thanks to advancements in the new HT dual-gear direct extruder, a new high-temp hot end, extraordinarily high speed motors, and a pressurized CPAP high-pressure turbo fan.  Best of all, it’s packing ALL of these advancements into a price that absolutely cannot be beat.  If you move quickly, you can even snap it up for $100 off, with a $499 (US) and €559 (EU) launch price from July 21 to July 31 before it pops up $100/100€ — the normal price.

Let’s dig into the details a bit:

FLSUN, the global leader in Delta 3D printer, announces the upcoming launch of the latest FLSUN T1 3D printer on July 21, 2024. T1 is designed for beginners and enthusiasts who require rapid printing capabilities and robust usage experience.

Key Features of FLSUN T1:
1. Ultra-High-Speed Printing
The FLSUN T1 sets a new standard for speed in its price range. Thanks to the high-temp hot end kit, new HT dual-gear direct extruder, high-speed motor and CPAP high-pressure turbo fan, T1 achieves a maximum printing speed of 1000mm/s and an acceleration of 30000 mm/s², namely about 2 times faster than its counterparts. Its maximum flow rate of 90 mm³/s is nearly three times higher than others in its class.

2. Great Performance with An Affordable Price
2.1 Improved Print Quality
T1 maintains top-notch print quality thanks to several technology upgrades. It features a 300℃ high-temp nozzle (90 mm³/s max flow rate), a new HT dual-gear direct drive extruder, and a 110°C hot bed for precise and consistent material deposition. The fully enclosed chamber maintains a constant temperature of 50℃, and the CPAP turbo fan runs at 30,000 rpm, which combined to create an optimal printing environment and reduce the risk of warping.

2.2 Diverse Material Options
FLSUN T1’s nozzle reaches a maximum temperature of 300°C, making it not limited to common filaments. From standard options like PLA and ABS to advanced filaments like PETG, TPU and PC, FLSUN T1 allows you to explore different materials and push the boundaries of your prints.

2.3 Enhanced Printing Experience
T1 is equipped with many advanced features and capabilities to improve user’s experience. For example, AI Camera with the possibility of real-time monitoring as well as time-lapse photography; Filament Detection that prevents print failures when the printer runs out of filament; Power Loss Resume that ensures your creations don’t get lost in the void when encountering unexpected power failure; Optimized Input Shaping Algorithm that helps to minimize the impact of vibrations for smooth and flawless model surfaces.

3. Extremely Friendly for Beginners
3.1 Fully Automatic Leveling
3D printer bed leveling is crucial to print success. Traditionally, you need to manually measure the distance between the bed and the 3D printer nozzle. But FLSUN T1 can free your hands by using dual sensors to ensure perfect leveling every time with a simple touch of the button.

3.2 User-Friendly Interface with Touch Screen
T1 is designed with a big 4.3-inch touch screen that tells you exactly what’s happening during printing. It’s like having a smart assistant guiding you through each step. You can imagine printing cool models with just a few clicks.

3.3 Large Build Volume for Bigger Projects
The large build volume of 260 x 260 x 330 mm allows you to experiment with a wide array of printing projects. You won’t need to worry about space constraints.

FLSUN’s performance blew us away, and this new printer looks like an excellent new entry for beginners to FDM printing, as well as those who want to rapidly iterate, or built massive armies for gaming very quickly.  As I mentioned, we are working on our review of the S1 and should have that ready in the next day or two, so stay tuned here at GamingTrend.com for that closer look at this new printer.
