Turns out, I'm on the money, as Final Fantasy VII Revelation got a release date at today's PlayStation State of Play. It'll arrive on April 8th, and you can pre-order it now, including several editions like a $349.99 collectors off the Square Enix website. Today, SQUARE ENIX also announced:
- Pre-orders are now open across PlayStation 5, PC, XBOX Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
- All pre-orders will receive Summon Materia: Mecha-Chocobo & Moogle.

- The FINAL FANTASY VII Remake Series Trilogy Edition is available for digital purchase ($84.99), granting immediate access to the first two games in the series.

- Two story-centered DLCs will be released between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028. Story DLC 1 follows Sephiroth. Story DLC 2 follows Vincent & the Turks.
- New Trilogy Artwork for the entire Remake Series.
