I've been looking forward to de Blob since E3 2007, and the positive reviews have just solidified that as a definite purchase. I suspect I'll also pick up Civ IV: Colonization during Circuit City's sale this week. -Autistic Angel

Giant Wall of Soon-To-Be Released Games hits YOU for 329 Damage! Agh, I've only got 500 health total! I need to do some grinding before Christmas. PS3:Buzz Quiz TV - IN! I've actually been waiting for this. The wireless controllers better work with the BC PS2 Buzz games 360:Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway - maybe LEGO Batman - Unless the reviews are bad, or the Lego franchise is too overplayed Mega Man 9 (XBLA) - Hooray Wii:de Blob - IN. No question. Pitfall: The Big Adventure - Interested, but there are too many other platformers out. I'll wait for reviews/price drop Samba De Amigo - OUT. I was excited for this, but reports seem to be that it's a fight with the controls. If it works with WiiMotionPlus, I'll get it in the spring Wario Land: Shake It - IN. Love Wario. And I love that it's in 2D. DS:Kirby Super Star Ultra - IN. Unless the buzz is wrong Time Hollow - Possibly IN. I like the idea of this, but I need to see reviews/impressions Bad, but not too bad. Budgeting helps. Of course, there are worse weeks coming up. Wii VC also has Super Dodge Ball and Vectorman, while Wiiware has the aforementioned MM9 and an apperently lousy game called Plattchen: Twist and Paint.

Nothing!
I'd be interested in Lego Batman if I hadn't already played Lego Star Wars and discovered that the games really bore me.

Today's VC games are Vectorman [Genesis] and Super Dodge Ball [NES]. I know nothing about SDB but I've played Vectorman on gametap and I'd say it's a very good game and worth your playtime.
The only for sure boxed game for me this week is Lego Batman [Wii]. I loved the other 2 Lego games released on the Wii so I can't imagine this one will be any different for me. Mega Man 9 [Wiiware] is also a for sure download. Disgaea [DS] is also a possibly. Brother In Arms: Hells Highway [360] is likely a rental, unless reviews are stellar and it ends up having some offline mplay.

WipeOut HD comes out this week. It'll be $19.99. Trophies, online multiplayer, some of the best graphics you've seen, 60 fps, 1080p... looks like a winner.
I'll be grabbing that.

Tempted to get Brothers in Arms HH for PS3 or 360, but I'm holding out a week for the PC version.
I'm also tempted by Colonization but I just have too many games going as it is, and tons more coming up in the next two months.

Today's VC games are Vectorman [Genesis] and Super Dodge Ball [NES]. I know nothing about SDB but I've played Vectorman on gametap and I'd say it's a very good game and worth your playtime. Super Dodge Ball was one of my favorite multi-player NES games, right up there with Double Dribble. The game was repackaged for the GBA almost entirely unchanged a few years ago. It's pretty straightforward and pretty easy.

Lego Batman at some point, although it might not be this week. I will probably pick up de Blob at some point too, but I won't play it right away so I will probably just wait. Unfortunately, that about finishes up my interests on the Wii for this year too...

And the XBLA game this week is... Duke Nukem 3D: This Wednesday, lock and load as Duke Nukem makes his way onto Xbox LIVE Arcade. Save the ladies - oh, and the world as you battle across 39 levels including Hollywood, a moon base and a UFO.
Weapons are a guy's best friend with a Jetpack, Holoduke, Shrink Ray and Pipe Bombs in your arsenal.
Take on your friends in 8 player Dukematch over Xbox LIVE. Also, make use of user clips, unlockable concept art and rewinding time when you die.
With strippers and adult humor, this game is rated M for Mature. It can be yours for 800 MS Points. Now they just need to finish their other game. Mega Man is next week, BTW, on XBLA.

Guess I'll grab WipEout HD. I've purchased various WipEout's throughout the years, and while I haven't really crazy gotten into them, they are fun diversions...

My Little Pony Pinkie Pie’s Party for me. Everything else looks like shovelware.
Are you getting the CE? I pre-ordered it a while ago and have been having loads of fun riding around town on my life-size, wheeled pink pony while wearing my little pony tiara.... This means you won't be getting Nancy Drew, either? Actually, I played the first ND, and it was pretty good, lol, something I didn't expect - it was a Bargain Bin game I believe. Nothing for me this week, that $60 I spent on Infinite Undiscovery still has a few dollars left of value in it.
