Called "My XBOX Live". Pretty neat, you can mess around with your avatar, set beacons, send messages, etc.

Yeah, it is pretty snazzy.  Not sure how much I will use it in day to day life, but it looks cool!

The WP7 app does this.  And lets you control the 360 Dashboard.
