Well, why not? What the What?! now on Kickstarter

We may have had a ton of technological advances in the past few decades, but have you ever wondered if there were any better uses for old technology? Worry no more, as Well Why Not Media has just announced that its card game What the What?! is now available on Kickstarter. The game is fully funded, but will still be available to pledge until June 12.

Well Why Not Media debuts its flagship card game today on Kickstarter, introducing WHAT THE WHAT?! the party game re-invented. WHAT THE WHAT?! is a 3-10 person card game where players compete to invent outrageous new uses for genuine old-timey inventions, either by making up their own pitch or using one of the many Pitch Prompt cards.
There are Self Saluting Hats, Rocking Chair Bathtubs, Flying Machines, and a few that would likely kill you. The main game is family-friendly fun (ages 10+) and the Not Safe For Work expansion pack will leave your adult-only crowd in stitches.

HOW TO PLAY:
● This quick-fire party game is easy to learn and play. Players take turns being The Investor who reveals an illustrated invention card.
● The rest of the players become the Inventors and must channel their inner hustler, comedian, and entrepreneur to pitch the most outrageous – or accurate – explanation of WHAT THE WHAT?!! is that? Don’t consider yourself creative?
● No problem! Make up your own pitch or use one of the hundreds of clever pitch prompt cards to get you started! When all players have pitched, the Investor decides who scored for the most impressive pitch.
● The Investor then turns the illustration card over and reads aloud about the actual invention!

You can pledge $30 for a copy of the game, or more for additional rewards. Stay tuned for more news here on Gaming Trend.
