The ocean is a scary place as Silt comes to PC next year

Yesterday, Sold Out announced that it will release its exploration game Silt for PC early next year. The game will prey on the fear of the unknown as players will need to survive a void that’s only expanded through the oceanic atmosphere throughout the game.

Sold Out is thrilled to introduce Silt, an underwater exploration game set in the depths of a surreal oceanic void, coming to PC in early 2022.

Alone in an underwater abyss, you are a diver searching the deep to uncover long-forgotten mysteries. Explore the depths, possessing the creatures around you to solve environmental puzzles and travel deeper into the darkness.

Experience a surreal, underwater world – Traverse stunning underwater vistas and discover unexplored ruins and ancient machinery hidden in the deep.

●       Discover the diver’s secret – Possess diverse and distinctive sea creatures to make use of their unique abilities, solve puzzles and overcome the environment.

●       Survive the abyss – Survive encounters with deep-sea goliaths and harness their power to awaken a long-dormant force at the center of the abyss.

●       A harrowing journey beneath the water’s surface – Explore an unsettling, monochrome world with a distinct hand-crafted feel, constructed from the sketches and dark imagination of artist Mr Mead.

“Silt is an intensely atmospheric puzzle adventure set deep below the ocean’s surface, and we are thrilled to give players a look at the game with today’s new trailer,” said Konstantinos Ntaflos, Senior Product Manager at Sold Out. “It’s amazing to watch the game bring Mr Mead’s art to life, and with its distinct visual style and haunting tone, we can’t wait for players to begin their dive into the void next year.”

“We’ve been quietly working on Silt for a number of years now and are incredibly excited to reveal more on the game today,” added Tom Mead, Art Director at Spiral Circus. “We’re looking forward to sharing more as we get closer to launch and hope that today’s new trailer has players excited for what’s to come.”
