The break has been long, but we’re finally back to action. Today, the Call of Duty League goes live for the first time in 2025, and this time it’s with a tournament. While the Major I seeding won’t change, thirty points for Champs seeding and $20K are still on the line. The video above is the Youtube presentation, click it and enjoy!
Get hyped for the Call of Duty League’s Minor I Tournament this weekend, kicking off today through January 12. Online Minor Tournaments are a new addition to the 2025 season consisting of single elimination tournaments held over three days among the 12 Call of Duty teams.
What’s at Stake?
Each Minor Tournament will have a $20K winner-takes-all prize pool and CDL points at stake. First place will receive 30 CDL Points, 2nd place will receive 20 CDL Points and 3rd/4th Place will receive 10 CDL points. These points will be used for Post Season seeding, which can make all the difference when it comes to the Postseason cutoff.
What’s Happening This Weekend?
After the first two weeks of Qualifiers in December, Toronto Ultra, Boston Breach, Carolina Royal Ravens and LA Thieves sit atop the standings earning a first round Bye in Minor I. Tune into YouTube on January 10 – 12 at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET to see if these one of these teams come out on top or another team will be crowned the winner of the first ever Call of Duty League Minor Tournament!
