Double Fine Productions has released the point-and-click game Grim Fandango Remastered today for the Nintendo Switch. In addition to the Switch release, the company has also released new details for its upcoming art show coming this month.
To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Double Fine Productions today launched Grim Fandango Remastered for Nintendo Switch. Fans can purchase the game right now at the Nintendo eShop for $14.99 and check out the new trailer here.
Additionally today, Double Fine Productions announced a 20th Anniversary Grim Fandango Remastered physical edition for PS4, along with Peter McConnell’s Remastered Soundtrack on Vinyl. Both items can be pre-ordered here and are in collaboration with premium collectibles company, iam8bit. An upcoming Grim Fandango art show, also in partnership with iam8bit, will debut on November 11 at Day of the Devs at The Midway in San Francisco and continue to run from November 14 through December 31 at PWNshop in Los Angeles. Grim Fandango is one of the most acclaimed adventure games of all time, with unforgettable characters and a unique combination of film noir and Mexican folklore. Players jump in as Manny Calavera, travel agent at the Department of Death to help untangle him from a conspiracy that threatens his very salvation. The story has been remastered to look, sound, and play even better than ever.
