Nintendo Showcases Hyrule Warriors’ Lana
Nintendo’s Dynasty Warriors styled Zelda spin-off Hyrule Warriors’ roster has grown yet again. But while the game has well known characters like Link and Zelda and more obscure ones like Agitha, it is also getting some original ones as well.
Nintendo has released a trailer, which you can view above, showcasing Lana, a newcomer to The Legend of Zelda series. Unlike Link and Zelda, Lana’s fighting style is almost exclusively magic based. She uses her “Book of Sorcery” to cast various spells and create magic blocks that she can use as platforms to jump off of, or as weapons that can push or crush enemies.
Hyrule Warriors is slated for release on September 19th in Europe and September 26th in North America exclusively for Wii U.
