Amazon Game Studios and Crystal Dynamics have just released the fifth in a series of mini-documentaries on the making of Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, a stunning reimagining of Lara Croft’s defining 1996 debut adventure.
“What kind of challenge keeps you thinking, long after you’ve solved it?”
This episode focuses on how the Crystal Dynamics and Flying Wild Hog teams took the spirit of the puzzles in the original game, and updated them for modern audiences. In the episode, you’ll hear how the developers combined level design and world building to create the puzzles and deadly traps that Lara will have to overcome in her quest.
Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis will launch Feb. 12, 2027 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2.
