Look to the skies as Stargaze heads to VR headsets this month

Independent developer Played With Fire announced that its VR adventure game Stargaze will be available on November 20 for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Valve Index, and Windows Mixed Reality headsets. The game will allow players to explore the skies and manipulate a telescope to see some otherworldly events.

Stargaze is a stylized VR puzzle adventure game inspired by dreams of cosmic exploration and the Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. You will research fantastic creatures and cosmic life far beyond the ordinary yet conducting yourself in a thoroughly scientific manner. By manipulating the Telescope you will be able to not only observe but also influence the events happening in the game, which you will then document through a camera and a journal.

Stargaze’d cosmic, otherworldy soundtrack was composed by Thomas Regin – music composer for award-winning adventure games, including the Blackwell series and Unavowed.
