Just Dance Unlimited, the streaming service that gives players access to more than 300 additional songs, returns in Just Dance 2018 “with fresh content planned throughout the year,” according to a press release. Players who buy the game on Xbox One, PS4, Wii U and Nintendo Switch will get a three-month free trial to the service, otherwise there is a monthly fee. Ubisoft hasn’t confirmed whether or not Just Dance 2018 will keep the current Unlimited subscription fee, but if it does, players can purchase one month for $5.99 USD, three months for $9.99 or one year for $29.99.
Just Dance 2018 will also continue World Dance Floor, a feature that lets players compete online for the highest dance score in a variety of game types. The game will add a Kids section featuring eight choreographies just for the youngins’.
In our review of last year’s Just Dance, our editor-in-chief called the subscription service the “golden key” to the franchise’s success.
