PlayStation has revealed its lineup of free PS Plus games for the month of September.
Announced via the PlayStation Blog, Lords of the Fallen and the critically acclaimed Journey will be available exclusively for PS4 subscribers. Here’s a list of the full lineup:
- Lords of the Fallen (PS4)
- Journey (PS4, PS3)
- Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (PS3)
- Datura (PS3)
- Badland (PS Vita, PS4, PS3)
- Amnesia: Memories (PS Vita)
Journey is the most recent game from developer thatgamecompany and originally debuted on the PS3 back in 2012. The game went on to win a multitude of awards, including several Game of the Year awards and Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media at the 2013 Grammy Awards; the first game soundtrack to ever be nominated for a Grammy.
Lords of the Fallen is a Demon Souls/Dark Souls clone developed by Deck13 Interactive and CI Games. Released back in the fall of 2014, we gave Lords of the Fallen a 70, calling it “a solid entry point to those toeing the waters of the Souls franchise.”
Active PS Plus members can still get their hands on August’s collection of free games, which includes Yakuza 5 for PS3 and Patapon 3 for the Vita. Sony recently announced that it will be increasing the subscription prices for PS Plus starting September 22.
