Deep Silver and Warhorse Studios confirmed during the latest Nintendo Direct that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Royal Edition will make its way to the Switch 2 in 2027. The Royal Edition, which comes with all the game's premium story expansions, gear, and an extra questline, will be available with some nice features for Nintendo's newest console next year. The Switch 2 version is currently planned to include Joy-Con 2 mouse support, HDR support, and 1080p handheld/1440p docked resolutions.

(Sept. 9, 2026) - Developer Warhorse Studios and publisher Deep Silver confirmed during today’s Nintendo Direct that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Royal Edition is planned to arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2027. The release brings Warhorse Studios’ award-winning open-world RPG to a new audience on Nintendo’s latest hardware.

A first look at the Nintendo Switch 2 features currently planned for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II includes:
- Joy-Con 2 mouse mode support
- HDR support
- Handheld play at 1080p, docked play at up to 1440p (both upscaled; output depends on display)
- Various gameplay bug fixes
- An enlarged menu UI for smaller displays
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and is planned to arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2027.
