Brighton, UK – 18 June 2024: The wait is over – Still Wakes the Deep, the narrative horror from award-winning developer The Chinese Room and publisher Secret Mode, is now available on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PlayStation®5 (PS5™).

Set aboard an oil rig in the North Sea in 1975, Still Wakes the Deep has players fighting for their lives while they’re stalked by an unknowable horror that has come aboard. As Cameron “Caz” McLeary, players will navigate the collapsing rig, desperately searching for a way home in The Chinese Room’s most anticipated game since the multiple BAFTA-award winning Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture in 2015.

Still Wakes the Deep is available from today for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5. It is also available with Game Pass for console and PC. A physical PS5 release is available now from all good retailers.

About Still Wakes the Deep
Still Wakes the Deep is a return to the first-person narrative horror genre from The Chinese Room, creator of critically acclaimed games such as Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, and Dear Esther.

You are an off-shore oil rig worker, fighting for your life through a vicious storm, perilous surroundings, and the dark, freezing North Sea waters. All lines of communication have been severed. All exits are gone. All that remains is to face the unknowable horror that’s come aboard.
