Embark Studios has dropped update 1.33, bringing new content to ARC Raiders. Players can jump into the Converging Paths Project, running from June 16 to July 27. For full details, read the information below:
Today, Embark Studios launched the 1.33 update for the extraction adventure, ARC Raiders. The update brings a new player event and project, and updates to the Close Scrutiny and Night Raid map conditions, alongside new cosmetics.
Highlights of the 1.33 live update include:
Converging Paths Project: Running from June 16 to July 27, this new player project is centered around the newly arrived Nomadic Envoys in Speranza. Raiders can head Topside to the Dam Battlegrounds map to battle ARC in the Swamp and collect forgotten relics and supplies to help the nomads. Raiders will need to deal damage to ARC enemies using a specific range of mines and traps. Successfully completing the project will reward players with the Red-Black color variant of the Saltwalker Outfit, a Sextant backpack charm, and Raider Tokens, as well as advancing their Display Case.
Forgotten Relics Event: Raiders can unlock 21 new rewards by earning Merits, which are converted from match XP or gained by successfully extracting with hidden relics. Each type of relic will have a different Merit value based on rarity. Earning Merits allows players to unlock rewards, which include the Saltwalker Set as well as gameplay items, weapons, and Raider Tokens. Players can earn additional Merits to help their progress in the Converging Paths project.
New Map Conditions – Close Scrutiny + Night Raid: For the next three weeks, free loadouts are being disabled for the Night Raid and Close Scrutiny map conditions, aiming to significantly increase the stakes and tension for players checking out these modes.
New Premium Cosmetic – The Reaver Set: Now available on all storefronts for $20, this bundle includes the primal Reaver outfit, the Soldier Backpack, the Chattering Teeth backpack charm, Skull Paint face style, and 2,400 Raider Tokens.
