Dive deep and swim to survive, Subnautica now available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One

Unknown Worlds Entertainment, with assistance from the independent studio Panic Button, have officially released the console port of the successful aquatic-themed survival game, Subnautica. It is available today both digitally and through retail.

Originally released on PC in January, Subnautica is a survival game where players explore a beautiful, yet dangerous, underwater world. They are able to craft equipment needed to survive, catalog alien water-life, and find food. Players also need to create a custom underwater base, complete with furnishings, vehicle bays, observatory chambers, and more. For anyone that wants an added challenge, Survival mode is available as well.

Subnautica allows players to explore the ocean and manage health, hunger and hydration in Survival mode; endure the pressure of only ONE life and no O2 alerts in Hardcore mode; or unleash their inner visionary in Creative mode – which allows them freedom to explore the ocean and build bases with no health upkeep or resource costs.

Subnautica is available now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for $29.99. For more information, visit the official website.
