Pinnacle Entertainment Group has launched its newest Kickstarter campaign for Deadlands: the Weird West, continuing the game's year-long 30th Anniversary celebration with three major new releases set in one of the setting's most iconic regions: California and the Great Maze.
Headlining the campaign is The Mysterious Maze, a 180-page Trail Guide exploring the fractured remains of California after the Great Quake and the Deluge. Joining the setting book are two complete Plot Point Campaigns: Curse of the Maze Queen, a high-stakes riverboat adventure centered around the poker tournament of the century, and Red Tide, an epic campaign by Deadlands creator Shane Hensley that pits Veteran heroes against the legendary Dracula.
Together, the three books continue Pinnacle's acclaimed Trail Guides line, following Hell on the High Plains and The Abominable Northwest, while expanding one of Deadlands' most beloved regions with new adventures, monsters, locations, and lore.

Explore the Mysterious Maze
Once the center of the California Gold Rush, the coast was shattered by the Great Quake before the Deluge transformed much of it into a labyrinth of flooded mesas, ghost rock mines, isolated settlements, and dangerous waterways.
The Mysterious Maze Trail Guide gives Marshals and players everything they need to explore this infamous region, including:
- More than 40 new monsters, cryptids, and adversaries
- Over 30 Savage Tales
- New locations, relics, organizations, and regional lore
- Expanded information on California, Lost Angels, Death Valley, Donner Pass, and the Great Maze
Ante Up Aboard the Maze Queen
The Curse of the Maze Queen boxed set sends heroes aboard the legendary paddleboat Maze Queen during the poker tournament of the century.
With the cursed diamond known as The Heart of Darkness serving as the grand prize, every outlaw, gambler, lawman, and fortune hunter has reason to climb aboard. Before long, the posse discovers that surviving the tournament may prove even harder than winning it.
The boxed set includes a complete Plot Point Campaign along with maps, pawns, archetypes, NPC cards, and game aids designed to bring the riverboat adventure to life.
Dracula Comes to the Weird West
In Red Tide, Deadlands creator Shane Hensley unleashes the Prince of Darkness on the American frontier.
Following the murder of his bride, Dracula arrives on the Pacific Coast seeking vengeance before uncovering an opportunity far greater than revenge. Standing in his way is a hand-picked group of Veteran Twilight Legionnaires who must pursue the legendary vampire from Seattle to the shattered ruins of Lost Angels before his plans reshape the future of the Weird West.
The 96-page hardcover campaign includes a complete Plot Point Campaign, new Savage Tales, and game statistics for Dracula and his supernatural allies.
