Bowser Jr. amiibo will be exclusive to Toys R Us

It appears that the Bowser Jr. amiibo figure will be exclusive to Toys R Us in North America.

The retailer confirmed this on a Twitter post, and it will only be available in stores rather than online. Jr. is the latest in a long line of retailer-exclusive amiibo figures, including Palutena and Dark Pit.

Looks like those interested in Bowser Jr. will have to wait outside their local Toys R Us in order to ensure they can get the figure on September 11th. Several amiibo will be released on the 11th, as well as Super Mario Maker, which most of them will be compatible with. For more on that, check out Gaming Trend’s review.
