Though it’s been in Early Access for a while now with no final release date set, Quake Champions made an appearance at Bethesda’s E3 press conference. The character-based multiplayer FPS puts a new spin on Quake’s fast, twitchy firefights by adding customizable Champions, a roster of heroes with diverse skills. Quake Champions features a mix of new and classic weapons and game modes, and frequent updates promise a steady stream of new content.

Currently $30 in Early Access, the game will be free to play on release. New players can try the game for free from June 10-17 and get free admission to Early Access for doing so.
