Back in black, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 revealed, to be released in October

Today, Activision announced that this year’s installment in the Call of Duty series returns from the 1940s to another not-so-far off futuristic shooter with Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Stylized as Black Ops IIII, this installment will take place in the year 2020, 45 years before the events of the third entry in the series. It will be developed by Treyarch, creators of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, and Call of Duty: World at War.

More info will be revealed on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 during a community reveal event on May 17th, 2018. The game is set to be released on October 12th, 2018. Stay tuned to Gaming Trend while we await more information on the exciting fourth entry into the Black Ops series.
