Assassin’s Creed: Origins finally revealed

During Microsoft’s E3 press conference, Ubisoft finally revealed one of the most leaked video games of all time, Assassin’s Creed: Origins. The game comes to Xbox One, PS4 and PC on October 27.

As has been reported, AC: Origins is set in ancient Egypt and features the origin story of the brotherhood for which the series is named. The main protagonist, who was revealed in an image on a T-shirt, is named Bayek and is accompanied by an eagle companion that helps the warrior scout areas for enemies.

According to a spokesperson from Ubisoft, AC: Origins will introduce “many RPG elements to a systemic world.” During the live gameplay demo, several tell-tale signs of RPG mechanics were shown off, including enemy difficulty levels and upgradeable weapons.
