Treadmill Tuesdays -- Star Trek: Infection

Is Trek made better by real-world locomotion? Let's find out!

Treadmill Tuesdays -- Star Trek: Infection

Treadmill Tuesdays is off to a great start! We've had the unboxing, and then a military shooter with some cringe-worthy dialogue in Zero Caliber 2. Now we're going to tackle a game that isn't cringe-worthy in the slightest. Instead, it's everything you hoped a Star Trek game could be in VR. Better still, it's a fantastic blend of solid sci-fi and survival horror, made all the more harrowing by having to run in the real world! I cut the game right at the moment when the big spoilers start, but this week's Treadmill Tuesdays rendition of Star Trek: Infection showcases why it's one of the platform's best.

Check out our unboxing for the Virtuix Omni One above, and then check out Star Trek: Infection. This episode blends VR immersion, Star Trek tech, and the physical challenge of exploring a starship on the Virtuix Omni One. If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to literally walk the halls of a Starfleet ship, this is the closest you can get without Starfleet issuing you a uniform. Beam me up!

Join us next Treadmill Tuesday for the next episode, and let us know in the comments here or on YouTube what game you'd like to see us tackle on the treadmill next!
