Very little actual info, but the biggest thing mentioned in the PR is the addition of a random map generator.

Oooh, I just got excited.  Actually, I've been using the random map generator program someone made for the game, it is decent but the maps look like crap.

Actually, my big hope for this game is that they can hire some 3D modelers, animators, and so on, and make it look a bit better.  The game is fantastic and the graphics put so many people off ... it's a crying shame.

Yeah, better AI would be a plus.  I'd be happy with just better sprites in the battles, but 3d would be great... as long as they just update the graphics and don't go changing the battle mechanics much.

I'm just hoping they make the interface more accessable.

I'm okay with 2D graphics so long as they're done well.
