EA has announced a sequel to 2016’s Unravel. Unravel Two is available today for PlayStation 4, XBox One, and Origin for PC. EA Access and Origin Access members can play a free trial. The game is rated E for Everyone.
The presentation included a brief two-player co-op gameplay showcase, although it can also be played by a single player. It is described as friendlier, more playful, and more challenging than the first game, with more thrill and danger. Players can customize their own Yarnys by helping others.
The main character, Yarny, loses everything at the beginning but soon forms a new bond, regaining his spark. The story is focused on fresh starts and second chances. The yarn is meant to symbolize love or bonds.

Kyle is an unashamed longtime Nintendo fanboy. Some of his earliest and fondest memories are of playing Super Mario Bros. 3 on the NES with his grandmother. His favorite series are Fire Emblem and Metroid. Outside of gaming, Kyle is also a serious Whovian, favoring the Seventh Doctor and Ace as his preferred Doctor and companion. He also loves superhero movies, power metal music, and basically anything in the space fantasy genre. Avatar by Smashley (@SmashleyDraws on Twitter).
