The long-awaited next episode to Anita Sarkeesian’s Tropes vs. Women in Video Games analyzes the mirror of the long-overused “Damsel in Distress”, which she calls the “Dude in Distress.” She also addresses the “Damsels in Distress” trope in the indie and mobile gaming scene.
