The Witcher 2 Teaser Video

I usually discard anything I see in a pull quote simply because they’re so easy to massage or take out of context.  Ellipses are invisibility cloak of the grammatical world, shrouding exactly as much as you need to make your product seem amazing.  That’s why, when I see a potentially hyperbolic line like, “This is the best looking game I’ve ever seen!” appear in a teaser trailer like this, it would normally trigger my Baseless Hype Detector.

This time there’s no need.  Game Informer is right.  I played The Witcher 2 through on the PC, and it is indeed the best looking game I’ve ever seen.
