The Call of Duty Endowment returns with another great bundle supporting a great veteran cause

The Call of Duty Endowment is near and dear to our hearts over here at GamingTrend. With each game, there’s at least one bundle you can purchase that will support veterans finding jobs, and I’m loving the multiple ones we’re starting to see. Enter the Knight Recon bundle, which has several truly epic items to own in there. We’ve also got a Mobile bundle incoming, and several new challenges. It’s great to see, and we’ll keep telling you to grab these as long as they keep it up. There’s a little more than even that intel below, so check it out before going and supporting the Endowment.

It’s May, which means that Military Appreciation Month has arrived. The Call of Duty Endowment has more to celebrate than ever, with the largest private donation the organization has ever received that will place more than 4,000 veterans in high-quality jobs. Additionally, the Endowment is also launching the Call of Duty Endowment Knight Recon: Tracer Pack in Call of Duty : Modern Warfare III, Call of Duty: Warzone, and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, as well as the Call of Duty: Mobile Regulator Pack to raise additional funding for veterans’ employment.

Kenneth C. Griffin, Founder and CEO of Citadel and Founder of Griffin Catalyst, has donated $2.5M to the Endowment to support veterans’ employment, the largest single private donation in the Endowment’s 15-year history. For more information, read here.

IRL Event Celebrations: Babcock Trophy British Army vs. Royal Navy Rugby Match and the Texas Rangers

Besides in-game offerings, the Endowment is bringing the Military Appreciation Month celebrations across the globe!

Firstly, the Call of Duty Endowment is proud to have supported the annual British Army vs. Royal Navy Rugby Match for the Babcock Trophy that took place on May 4. Long considered one of the biggest days in military sport, the Army Navy match showcases one of the fiercest rivalries in rugby and has been an annual fixture since 1907. The match took place on May 4 and the British Army was crowned the winner and took home the coveted Babcock Trophy.

In celebration of Military Appreciation Month, the Endowment is proud to partner with the reigning world champion, Texas Rangers, with special in-stadium programming to honor veterans. Be sure to tune in or head to the ballpark in Arlington on May 15!

About the Call of Duty Endowment

The Endowment has placed more than 125,000 veterans in jobs since 2009. That’s equal to 23 vets placed per day over the last 14 years, creating more than $7 billion in economic value for U.S. and U.K. veterans and their families. Last year, the average cost to place a veteran in a job was $618, about 1/13th the cost per placement of U.S. government’s efforts.
