Summer Game Fest is back June 5th

Crazy to think we're already to awards season, and past that, it'll be back to reveal season. With 2026 around the corner, Geoff Keighley and co. have announced the return of Summer Game Fest on June 5th, 2026. The live show will be held at the Dolby Theatre this time, a change from the YouTube Theater where it's been the last three years. Check out the details below from the announcement.

Summer Game Fest, a fan-first celebration of the future of video games, kicks off on June 5, 2026 with the Live Kickoff showcase at the Dolby Theatre in the heart of Hollywood. Hosted by Geoff Keighley and produced by the team behind The Game Awards, the in-person showcase will stream live from the Dolby Theatre, bringing together an audience of thousands of consumers and a live online audience of tens of millions to experience exciting new video game announcements, surprises and reveals.
