Valve has finally rolled out Steam Trading, which oddly enough, allows players to exchange things with each other. Oh, but it gets better; players can trade gift codes and items from different games.
Valve, creators of best-selling game franchises (such as Counter-Strike, Half-Life, Left 4 Dead, Portal, and Team Fortress) today announced the official launch of Steam Trading. Released in beta a few weeks ago, Steam Trading allows gamers to exchange in-game items and game gifts.
In other words, some games without built-in trading systems can now use Steam’s trading system. Yes, that’s right you can now trade Portal 2 stuff for Team Fortress 2 hats. Oh, the possibilities…
